2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 24 days of delivery, if:

• The product is unused

• The product is in original condition

• The product has original packaging intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-order dresses

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos or videos as proof

After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

If there is a size issue and stock is available, exchange can be provided.
Shipping charges for exchange may apply.

6. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
